How to Set the Default Fallback Font

    Hi,

    How do you set the default fallback font / font family. When my site begins to load pages Serif fonts are shown until my chosen Sans-serif font loads. I’ve tried to figure out how to change the default to Sans-serif so the font load isn’t so jarring but I can’t find the settings for that.
