How to set the country for Paypal with Event tickets

    Hi,
    I looked and can’t find any setting to set the default country to Canada instead of USA. That is in the ticket checkout page when Paypal shows up.
    When I set a Paypal button for donation, the default country is Canada. Why is it USA for Event tickets?
