How to set Selected option set to none

    Hi,
    is it possible to have the “select input” setting “Selected options” set to none? The way I want this set up is this:

    Colour*:
    – Choose:
    – Red
    – Black

    So this way the product is not set to a default colour so the buyer is required to choose one in order to add to cart.
