How to set minimum order amount for tax rule to take place?

  • I have got an automatic discount working so that the user is given 15% the final amount. However I want this to only happen if the user has spent ￡8 or more. If they spend less, then the 15% off shouldn’t be applied.

    Anyone know of a function or plugin that can do this please? Ideally free if possible or cheap plugin?
