How to set minimum on product pages but allow going below that in cart?

  • Hello,

    there are very many options in this plugin, and this is good.
    However, I cannot find the right combination for the following scenario…maybe you can help me?

    There should be a minimum of 6 Products on the Single Product Page for all Products. I managed to achieve that.
    But in the Cart you should not have this minimum, so you should be allowed to change this to 5, 4, or 1 if you want.
    This I couldn’t achieve.

    How to do it?

    Unfortunately this isn’t possible with the plugin, and honestly I’m not sure what might be the benefit of this feature to users, any use cases?
    If you want to allow mixing products from the same category that should be a minimum of 6 for example, that’s doable on category level (products combined in cart).

    Well, it is the customer’s wish, which is my command.

    He runs a Wine Shop and wants to make sure Customers buy 6 Bottles of each Wine and not only 1, because Postage will be too expensive for anything less than 6.

    It’s ok, no problem, I wrote a small snippet which does the job ??
