Hi, can you verify that all the strings have been translated into danish? Please follow these instructions to help you further.

Alternative you might want to translate the plugin via the following URL WordPress Simple Paypal Shopping Cart Danish. This is the method implemented across all WordPress plugins.

    Thank you

    Hi
Yes all strings have been translated. I used Poedit. But the cart is still shown in English. How can I control which language is shown?

As far as I know you don’t need to do anything to WordPress especially in WordPress version 4.6.1. What language have you set up under Settings -> General? Also check your wp-config, does it have any language entry included?

    Hi
In settings > General it’s set up to Danish also in my wp-config it says: (‘WPLANG’, ‘da_DK’); so it should be good. But still the cart is in English.

Okay try the following, remove the (‘WPLANG’, ‘da_DK’); from your wp-config.php file. But make sure you create a copy of your wp-config.php file.

Tryed to remove the (‘WPLANG’, ‘da_DK’); from the wp-config.php file. After that the website will not load at all.

Did you create a copy like I mentioned above? Replace via FTP your wp-config.php file with the copy you made.

Yes, I made a copy and deleted the (‘WPLANG’, ‘da_DK’); and then replaced it via FTP. After that the website could not load at all. I then had to replace the config-file with the backup to get the site running again.

I am glad you solved your site issue quickly. Do you still have issues with the plugin not displayed in your language? Would you be able to disable all your other plugins and check to see if the plugin displays in your language?
