How to set initial value for page&post counters

    Hi, I’m a beginner with a little knowledge of php. I want to set initial values fo my posts and pages views counters. Could anyone give me detailed advice how to do it step-by-step? I have WP5.2.4 and recent version of page_views_count plugin.
