    Hi
    How should I setup Yoast to have <meta name="robots" content="index,follow,noodp,noydir"/> in all pages?
    Currently in Yoast Titles & Metas > Post Types, “noindex, follow” is unchecked for both posts and pages.
    In the page itself, in the SEO by Yoast box advanced tab, “Index” is selected in the Meta Robots Index dropdwn.
    For Meta Robots Follow: “Follow” is checked.
    Meta Robots Advanced: None is selected.
    With these settings the page source shows <meta name="robots" content="noodp,noydir"/> – index,follow are not there.
    I tried different combinations of the above but could not get any to produce <meta name="robots" content="index,follow,noodp,noydir"/>
    Any idea how can I get that to work?
    Thanks

    anyone please?
    After further changing my settings, the closest I could get to is <meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow,noodp,noydir"/>

    BUt I need pages to have <meta name=”robots” content=”index,follow,noodp,noydir”/>

    Thanks

    index and follow are the default options so they do not need to be explicitly defined.

    <meta name="robots" content="index,follow,noodp,noydir"/>
    is the same as
    <meta name="robots" content="noodp,noydir"/>
