• Hi! I love the theme, but have a question about making the size of the widget bar at the bottom of the Home page a consistent height across different browsers. The height of the bar at https://www.gothicimagetours.co.uk is OK in Firefox, Edge and the old IE (though I would like it not quite so high) but it’s absolutely enormous in Chrome. I don’t have a Mac so don’t know what it looks like in Safari. Any help sorting this out would be much appreciated.

I haven’t updated to WP 4.6.1 because as I was creating the site, 4.6.1 caused a problem with editing in WordPress – almost all pages were not visible in the editor. So I locked the site on 4.6. The site went public last night.

  • What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

Customizr – system info in my post above. I downloaded it in wordPress from the themes available for download directly from WordPress.
I just too the scrolling text widget out of the widget area and the height of the bottom bar is OK in CHrome so looks as though i have to find another scrolling text plugin.
