How to set free shipping for orders over 99 in specific regions.

    I have tried to set free shipping for orders over 99 in United States. it works when orders value over 99usd, but when order is under 99 usd, it says “ There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly or contact us if you need any help.”

    how to fix it ?

    only this I don’t know where to put to code , could you guide me ?

    We recommend you add the code to your child theme’s?functions.php?file or via a plugin that allows custom functions to be added, such as the?Code snippets?plugin.
