How to set featured image for blogspot exported post before importing to wordpre

i have been blogging on blogger for 2 years now, then i decided to start blogging on wordpress, i have about 600 posts which i exported from my blogspot blog and imported them on my wordpress site. The posts has images on them but none of them is showing featured images, i know i can set them manually but it will be too tedious for 600 posts.

I want to know if there any way i can set the featured images on the blogspot export xml file before uploading to WordPress.
