How to set different price for variations

Hi thanks for the plugin, Its really worth,

But could you help me out that how can I set the pricing discount for each variations of a product.

I tried with the option to “Treat product variation separately”. But its not working.

For all variation, same discount can be applied but for each variation we are not able apply different discount pricing.

could you help me out in this
