    Hi @misterpet88,

Do you mean you want to display a different popup depending on if a visitor is using a PC or a laptop?

A laptop is still considered a desktop device, so there’s no way to differentiate them from a PC programmatically.

However, with our Advanced Targeting Conditions extension, you can differentiate from identifiable device types such as tablets and phones, as well as screen widths.

You can check out the extension here: https://wppopupmaker.com/extensions/advanced-targeting-conditions/

We hope that helps! Let us know if you have other questions.

That’s not what I meant. I already created the pop-up maker, but on the mobile view, it’s smaller. I have written CSS code, but it doesn’t work, because the size is correct on the device. However, on mobile phones, it’s very small in terms of responsiveness.

    Hi @misterpet88,

We checked your popup and it looks like you set the max size to 25%.

Could you try this setting instead? See here: https://share.zight.com/04un5dz4

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi there,

I’m going to mark this as resolved as we haven’t heard from you in a while.

Feel free to create a new thread if you have other questions.

    Thanks!
