As @rafaelminuesa mentioned, you will need a plugin to set up weight based shipping.
There are several plugin options for that, including the one mentioned already and our own called Table Rate Shipping. Table Rate Shipping is supported by us and we would love to help you with it ??
If you want to check other options, you can search for “woocommerce weight shipping“, or something similar, on the Plugins > Add New section of your dashboard or on a search engine like Google, for example.
