In the calendar settings of my booking form, I set the “initial view” with 800px, Day Grid-Month, and also check the Day Grid-Month option only as the “Available views”. It works fine on computer screens, but shows “Time Grid-Week” and “Time Grid-Day” on cell phones. How can I remove the time grid views?

    Hello,

With the Display Pack add-on, go to Booking Activities > Booking Forms > your form > Calendar settings > Calendar tab >

    • Initial view = Day Grid – Month
    • Available view = Day Grid – Month

    Like on this screenshot:

    Calendar settings

Then, only the “Day Grid – Month” view will be displayed, on both desktop and mobile:

If you are using a caching tool / plugin, try to clear your cache.

I follow the illustrations but still can see the day & week views shown on the mobiles.

Are the settings correctly saved? Can you refresh the page and go back to the Calendar Settings to check if the calendar settings have been saved? If there are not saved, this may be due to a conflict with a third party plugin / theme.

If you have multiple booking forms, can you double check that you are updating the settings of the correct booking form?

Can you send me a link to the page where the booking form is displayed?

I just checked and saved all booking forms again. Here it is the link of the page:

    Thank you ??

I don’t reproduce the problem on my side, I have tried on multiple devices, both iOS and Android, and with different browsers. The problem probably comes from your specific device configuration.

I got it, thank you for help. It’s strange since I never modify the configuration of iOS on my phone, there was no such problem couple days ago.

It is probably a browser caching issue, maybe try to clear your browser cache: https://www.siteground.com/kb/clear-cache-iphone-ios-devices/

You can also try with another browser on the same device (Chrome, Safari, Firefox…).

That’s right, it is a browser caching issue. The problem is solved after following the instructions. Good job!
