How to set Custom role to YES?

I have a few newly created user roles. In the Users area, i am able to select one of these user roles as you can see in image 1. What i notice is, that the ones i can choose from have the um_ prefix as Role ID. Also they have the Custom Role = Yes.

I created a new UM user role ‘Rick’ but it doesn’t get this prefix and thus i cannot select it at the user level.

I’m also using the WP Members plugin to assign certain content to user roles.

So my question … how do i get the custom role to YES.
