  • Please use the below code in your additional CSS box in the customizer to increase the height of pop-up to 600px.

    .ig_popup {
    	height: 600px
    }

    Hope this helps you. Please let me know your views on the same.

    I have added the above to CSS box but it doesn’t work. It just show half, around 300-400px but not 600px.

    Please let me know your website page URL so that I may have a look at it and help you regarding the same?

    Have you tested whether your code work or not? If it works on your site, it works on all sites as it’s using your plugin.

    Will it be possible to set default to show full width of content in the plugin?

    Yes, It works. However, it depends on the template too. I’ve tried it with the “Give Customers A Free Ebook” template.
    Request you to please contact us via our support channel with the link to the page and the template you are using, so that we may check for the exact issue and give you a resolution to the same.

    I have already told the template is “Messenger: Create an Icegram message from scratch”

    Is it compatible with theme: https://demo.acmethemes.com/online-shop and Elementor?

    I have already provided all necessary information to test out however they still request me to provide confidential admin login that’s inappropriate and suspicious.

    The login request was made so as to provide an exact solution to the issue.

    However, I have checked with Online Shop theme by AcmeThemes and Elementor and the template Messenger: Create an Icegram message from scratch, and the height of the messenger was increased.
    Please recheck the issue with the below-mentioned CSS and let me know how it goes for you.

    Please try#ig_this_message .ig_headline{
    height: 600px;}

    Can you show me a screenshot of your testing?

    Is it compatible with shortcode? I put “WooCommerce Lookbook” plugin’s shortcode there.

    Please find the screenshot here https://imgur.com/a/uJQiD0D
    Also, the Icegram editor is nothing else than your WordPress editor and so there is no restriction on using Shortcode.

    As shown in your screenshot, it’s not 600px in height.
