how to set and show only featured events

Hello,
I use modern events calender plugin Pro and I saw the features which is “Ability to show only featured events” on this page.(https://webnus.net/modern-events-calendar/features/)
However I cannot find any article about how to implement it.

What I want to do is that when I check the custom field to set a feature event in editor, then it shows as features events on screen.
So where can I find this solution?

I use custom slider skin and MEC pro. Unfortunately, I cannot send you a link as the website is protected.
