You can make a post sticky.

Go to the post you want to be top and select Make this post sticky

Yes, you can make a post sticky… or you can also do this by adjusting the default post and page from Settings–> Reading.

    Can anyone help me please?

    Fauji,
When you are editing the post you want to make ‘sticky’, you have (in 2.7) a ‘publish’ section where you should see ‘visibility’. Click on ‘edit’ next to visibility. Now you should get the option for a ‘public’ post to make it sticky.
