how to set a multiplier of several prices?

    I tried to set a price multiplier with a command
    [IF({TWr_Price[1][.>=0.01 and .<=10.00]})][MATH({TWr_Price[1]},"*","1.55")][ELSEIF({TWr_Price[1][.>10 and .<=200]})][MATH({TWr_Price[1]},"*","1.49")][ENDIF]
    but it does not work, it does not charge the wholesale price.
