• I am using the thumbnail size as “full” the image is loading fine on the page but when I speed test those pages, the images are served as full size even on smaller screens. What should I do to serve scaled images?

    Hello,
Please leave this checkbox unchecked Disable responsive image of WordPress in Display Settings >> Fields Settings >> Thumbnail, so it will serve scaled images.

    Thank you for your reply.

Which WordPress version are you using?

Are you using another plugin, or the theme which might disable the responsive image of WordPress?

I am using the WordPress latest version 5.4.1

and I am not using any such plugin which disables the responsive image of WordPress.

Perhaps, I have standard image optimization plugins installed smush, webp express, & wp-rocket. Do these plugins have any conflict with this plugin?

    Hi there,
There are no conflicts with image optimization plugins. We recommend you to use them with our plugin.

Might you send me the URL/link of page where I can see the grid view?

    Thank you for contacting us.

I checked your site and found that:
    – the responsive feature of WordPress works. It should serve scaled image.
    – but the Lazyload of another plugin, or the theme loads the Full Size image.

    Please check the attached file.

There are 2 solutions (you can choose one):

    – In our grid view, select a smaller image size in Display Settings >> Fields Settings >> Thumbnail >> Size
    – Disable the Lazyload plugin, or the theme feature

    Best regards,
