How to Separate My Categories From My Menus?!

Hi there,

I’m having a bit of trouble with my categories. Since I began my website, I had my categories separated from my menus, each serving their own purpose. But last night, only a certain batch of my categories (which carry the same titles as my Menus) work .. meaning, if I click on a category that has the same title as the Menu, it takes me to the menu page. And the rest of the categories don’t work at all. If I click on a category, it immediately says:

No Results Found

How do I separate my categories from my menus? I’m having trouble figuring out the problem. I’d sincerely appreciate any help!!
