how to send only to an activ member

    hi on our site we have paid members ans vendors and canceled accounts
    but in the plugin only one tamplate and cannot send difrent msg to difrent user or decide how not to sent and how to send msg
    for sample send birthday msg only to group members or more groups
    can you help ?
