How to send notifications on tagged Posts

    I’m currently working on a site and I’m searching for way to e-mail all users whenever posts with a specific tag are posted. This plugin seems to have an ability to send an e-mail when ANY post is posted. How (if at all) could I trigger e-mails after a specific tag is used?
