How to send notification for only one update page

How to send notification to users when we update only one specific page?
And not send always, only when we that want.
We don’t want that there will be notifications, even when I just change some words in the text. So we want to have a checkbox to say, when there should be notifications. Is there any possibility for this? Is there maybe any add-on which can help?
