How to send message to user's mobile number?

    Hi,
    How to send message to user’s mobile number from admin side, when mobile number is entered by users?

    Design is : +91: ********** CallMeButton.

    Here, user first enters his mobile no.
    On pressing CallMeButton user’s will get message from admin side.

    Please, guide me to insert this functionality in my website.
