How to Send Form Submissions to Customer Email and Display in Member Dashboard

    How to display a form filled out on the website using the Forminator form, have it sent to the customer’s notification email after submission, and also have it appear on the ‘My Account’ member dashboard? So, the filled form will be displayed in the member’s ‘My Account’ section on the website.

    I hope you’re well today!

    Forminator doesn’t currently have any options to display submissions on front-end. It is something planned to be added in future but I don’t have ETA.

    For now, you’d need to use some workaround for that. Some ways that may work for you would be;

    – to wpDataTables plugin which Forminator integrates with (note though: showing users own submissions only may not be possible with free version of wpDataTables as far as I’m aware)

    – using e.g. Google Sheet or other existing integration to push submission data to external service from where it could possibly be fetched/embedded using some other 3rd-party plugin

    – developing custom add-on plugin/shortcode but that would require custom development which, I’m afraid, is out of scope of this support.
