    Hi,

I’ve setup Wordfence on a load of sites. They are all in Dutch. However, my account is english (as I don’t speak Dutch). Is there a way to set the email languages to English, as they go to me? Currently I have to put everything through google translate, which is very frustrating ??

    Cheers

    Andy

  • There isn’t a way to set the emails to one language and the site to another. Have you tried registering on Wordfence.com and using Wordfence Central to send your alerts?

Thanks. I think an option on the email settings would be ideal ?? Somthing like : if not set, default to site language, else use the language defined by the admin for emails

BTW you may want to check your site:

    https://wordfence.com

It seems the https:// doesn’t have a www record and shows dead (https://wordfence.com works, as does https://www.wordfence.com, but not the non-www version for some reason)

I’m now getting https://wordfence.com auto-opening the HTTPS version, including private windows or different browsers to the one I normally visit with. It may have been a temporary issue.

I have recently seen a couple of email language requests along similar lines, so have sent your request should “Where to email alerts” matches a user with a different language to the site language. Unfortunately we can’t provide ongoing status updates here on the forums, but everything put forward is logged and discussed.
