How to send emails to already exist registered users

    Yes, at Subscribe2->Send Email. Or if you want to subscribe them to emails for new posts use the Bulk Management section at the bottom of the page.

    The error message is because you are trying to add so email addresses as Public Subscribers when they already exist on your site as Registered Subscribers – you are trying to duplicate them.

    but unfortunately there is no option called “Bulk Management”

    Please advise
