Hello, I want to send event updates to all people who already got their tickets. How to do that?

    Hi @tonygao

    Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, the Event Tickets plugin does not have a feature that can send follow-up emails. Please see the available emails.

However, your desired use-case scenario may be possible with some custom coding, but if you decide to give that a try, please note we cannot provide full support for custom implementations like that.

Or you can also open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk and ask for assistance for an alternative solution to achieve the feature.

I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have further questions or concerns.

Thanks. Can you give me a PHP code example of export ticket holders(name, email, etc) to a CSV file? I want to upload to third party email marketing service.
