How to send contact form data to woocommece checkout

    Is there any FORM plugin or code I can use to populate data to woocommece checkout page once you click on submission button?

    I have tried contact form 7 woocommece integration but that’s not what I want. I don’t want the form on the product page.
    I want from FORM directly to checkout page.
