How to send common user name & password

  • I make my website private.
    But I want, when someone want to visit my site, on the login page I want to put a link, when some one click this link, it takes another page- here visitor find a box to submit their mail address. After submitting email, I want wordpress automatically send a common user name & password.
    But I want that the user name & password is common for all visitor.
    Because I don’t want create unique user, when user submit email,
    How can i do that.
