How to send a pdf to donors if payment was not finalized

Hi,
I need to add some fields to form if donors choose pay by wire transfer.
Once submitted I have to pass the form values to a pdf and send it as mail attachment to donors.
Purpose: sending a prefilled module to donors, so he can sign it and send it to his bank.
Assets: Give recurring donation, Give pdf receipt
Question:
1) how can I pass data to pdf?
2) how can I send the pdf receipt for a not compelted donation?
