How to sell on the WordPress / WooCommerce marketplace?

    Hi there, l’ve created a spreadsheet that helps people calculate their postage policies for a wide range of weights and sizes. It is not an extension], it is just a spreadsheet. Is it possible to sell this on the WordPress marketplace? It is intended for e-commerce apps such as WooCommerce. It will give the user a ready-made postage policy, which they can then transcribe across to their shipping tab within WooCommerce.
