How to select certain posts for the slider

  • Hi I’m having a bit of trouble with the slider. I would like it to feature certain posts, not just the most recent. Can you use a category for the slider? I’ve looked in the customise settings and there doesn’t seem to be an option for this but I was wondering if there is a way around it? Thanks in advance for any responses ??

    Not sure this is still useful but you can choose a category to pull posts for the slider in the /Theme Options/Slider (content)/Which category to pull from?
