How to select age rating 12+ for Churches

  • Hello,

    My iOS app has been rejected due to the appearance of YouTube browser in the app. They are saying only children 12+ should be able to download the app, however they still have not approved the attached selection that equals to 12+. Any change that I make push the app to 17+. I have no idea what to do at this point, and Apple is not providing additional support.

    Kindly help me figure out what my selection should be in order to pass this huddle.

    Also, how do some churches get are ratings of 4+? No YouTube? Anyone?

    Alcohol or Gambling for example, even if “mild” will turn the rating to 17+.

    For the others apps it can be because no youtube, internet access or old review. There is a lot of mystery on the apple review process ^^
