How to select a polygon display based on link

I am creating a map of different neighborhoods using the Polygons function. I am placing all the neighborhoods in one map. Initially, I would want it to display all the neighborhoods while zooming automatically to fit all the neighborhoods within the screen space.

Secondly, when a user clicks on a neighborhood, I want it to open a different WP press corresponding to that neighborhood. I wanted the WP WD Google Map to show only that neighborhood or at least zoom into and center on that neighborhood.

How do I accomplish this without creating 20 different maps?
