How to see if video has been viewed

Hi (sorry for my english),

I really don’t know what to do (or what to look for in google) to be able to do this :

1- Users may log in and only have access to specific pages only.
2- Those pages will contain few videos (1 to 3, maybe more) or other informations, and then, they can choose one video and they have to listen it.
3- The admin needs to be able to see in the dashboard who have listen a video and which videos have been listen.

Is there plugins which will allow that? This is the first time I want to do specific thing like this (habitually, I only create simple website).
