    Hi,
Is there a way to see confirmation emails that were sent automatically after somebody booked a session? I have a client who claims to have booked a session on 8/25. The appointment showed up on the backend as 8/24. The client forwarded me the email that says 8/25, but I would like to verify on my end. Is there a way to see what emails went out to whom on my end?
    Thanks,
    Justin

    Hi Justin,

If you mean something like log history for the email notifications then unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve at the moment.
Also can you please check if you enabled the option in the
Amelia Settings->General Settings -> Show booking slots in client time zone
Maybe this can solve this problem.

    Best regards.

Hmm, it seems as if my clients have been receiving the “Appointment Approved” email after they book, but it does not seem they are receiving the, “Appointment Follow Up” email. I have it checked at Notifications>Appointment Follow Up. When do the follow up emails generally go out after the appointment? I just checked, ” Show booking slots in client time zone.” So maybe that will help. Please advise.

    I enabled this option:

Amelia Settings->General Settings -> Show booking slots in client time zone

and one of my clients in my same time zone as me saw incorrect appointment times on their end when attempting to book with me.

I changed it back (turned the option off) and the correct appointment times returned.

All email functions other than, “Appointment Approved” are not working and my clients are not receiving intended emails from me and my business is paying a price. Please help

I’m not associated with this plugin or the developer, however I know the answer to one of your questions:

They go out between 1 and 24 hours after the appointment start time. You set this by going to Amelia > Notifications > Appointment Follow Up. At the top, where the subject is, you’ll see the drop-down option for “Scheduled After Appointment”.

You have to set up a cron job for these for these to work. There is an info box underneath the email preview that explains what you need to do to enable the follow up emails.

    Hi @amythyst34,
    Thanks for your response.

I am not seeing this. Perhaps my version doesn’t have it?

I am not seeing this either. Hopefully @ameliabooking can help.
