How to scan to login? No camera!

    This is really bizarre! I don’t see any way to scan the Keyy moving or QR code. Where is the camera screen in the iPhone App? All I see a camera to add a site but it doesn’t work to login. I thought there was supposed to be a camera icon in the top left but there is nothing. Please advise.

    Sorry for the delay.

    What version of the iOS app do you have?

    There is only one camera screen in the app and that is used to scan the connect and login codes.

    If you try to scan the login code on your websites wp-admin do you get an error? if so please can you use the in app option to open a support request.

    This will send the log files from the device and I can take a look for you.
