i somewhat understand, and still please can you specifically also answer what i asked? i mean if i just keep my picture files and theme, and just install wordpress from startover, will the problem be solved?

That’s one way to do it. Your site’s actual content is in your database, so if you trash that, you’ll have the pictures but no content.
