How to scan all site not only WordPress folder?

    Hello,

    I’m wandering if I could change or have the future to scan all website not only my blog? Why not?

    Hi,

    Most features were developed to deal with WordPress, hence there’s no real point to scan another application with it. You’ll lose its best features. It does not only scan files, for instance it checks also user roles and capabilities etc.

    Thanks for the update.

    It will be a wonderful idea to have an option to scan malicious files other than WordPress folder. Only files in other folders, not only special specific staff from blog. Future request it, why not?

    A Q: somehow a hacker does inject a file in unknown folder into the wp installation folder, do this tool scan it? Imagine now that folder to be into the root away from wp installation folder.

    Any files and folders in the WP installation folder (ABSPATH) will be scanned by the anti-malware, including non-WP files and folders.
