I have made several changes to the settings within the mods to customize my security from the plugin. If my site breaks in the future, are my custom settings saved by the plugin or its servers at all? Or, do I need to save them somehow? If I do site backups, will they be saved there? Where are they saved in my WP files … to ensure that I include that area of data in my backups? Thanks so much.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • The iTSec plugin module settings are saved in the database.
So a database backup will contain the settings.

Additionally the iTSec Pro (premium) plugin includes a Settings Import and Export module which allows you to quickly export and import the plugin settings from one env to another.

To prevent any confusion, I’m not iThemes.
