wpDiscuz is a native WordPress Comment plugin, all comments are stored in your database with the same logic. You don’t need to do any DB manipulation or import actions. All your problems come from active theme or some other plugin which affects comments. Deactivate all plugins, change the theme to default and you’ll see, that all comments are there. wpDiscuz doesn’t change comment storage location and logic. All comment functions are being done by default WordPress Comment creator and lister functions. So if you don’t see comments you should check the theme and other plugins. Also go to Dashboard > Comments admin page and you can see all comments there.
P.S. It seems something is not correct in your WordPress but wpDiscuz was able to find some way and show those, and now when it’s deactivated you see the real issue.
