How to run WP locally and sync to cloud upon updates
-
I’d love to run WordPress on my Mac, not so much for development but rather for faster, low-latency content creation.
I’ve read about the WordPress desktop app, which is talked about so infrequently, it makes me think people aren’t using it much. I’ve also read about LocalWP, which is highly regarded. But these seem to be more for initial development rather than ongoing content creation.
I’m wondering what is a good way to create content locally and have it synced to WordPress in the cloud without needing to manually export/import content every time I make a change? I know I could use Markdown software, but the reason I’m thinking of more of a local WordPress solution is then I can use the block editor with all of its powers.
Sorry for the long question – thanks in advance!
