How to review my mailing list?

    I have been using newsletter for about a year, and it seems to work great.

    But I am unclear about who the emails go to. If someone joins my site will they automatically become a “Newsletter” subscriber? Is there anyway that I can review the list of subscribers to see who is in and who is out?

    Integration with WP registration can be configured, see the list buildig panel.

    The list of subscriber can be found in the subscribers panel.

    On my “WordPress Registration Integration” page I found “Subscription on registration” set to no. And on the Newsletter statistics page I find 263 Confirmed and 12 unsubscribed. But on the WP “User” admin panel it says I have 243 “items”.

    So, I have three questions:

    1. Does this mean that all my users are subscribed?
    2. If so, how can all my users be subscribed if “subscription on registration” is set to no?
    3. And, how is it possible to have more subscribers than users?

    Hi, if the integration with WP registration is not active the subscribers you have can be Newsletter subscribers not connected with WP registered users, or you mau have used the function to align the WP users with Newsletter subscribers.

    Newsletter refers only to its subscriber list you can manage on the subscriber search and edit panel.

    Brilliant! I totally forgot that I had imported subscribers from my previous system. There must be someway that you can make it easier to see what is going on. I am thinking of a table which has 3 columns (users, imports, and totals) and 2 rows (subscribers and totals) … with this graphic I would have instantly understood where the problem was.
