How to revert to the default theme?

    Just did a new installation of WP. Clicked on one of the three themes already included – Twenty Thirteen – and now want to cancel that and revert to the “default” look i.e. prior to enabling this theme.

    But there doesn’t seem to be a way! There’s no WP “default” theme listed which is frustrating.

    Why do various WP support pages warn about not deleting the default when there is no default theme as such listed under themes? And how do I get rid of this theme to return to the “original” look?
