How to revert to page revision without page access

    Hey,

    I am running on the newest WP version and after making a change to one of the pages, the page just stays white when trying to edit. Nothing appears. How can I revert the change of the page using revisions if I can’t see the actual page? Maybe there is a way to access revisions and revert them from a different place than from inside the actual page.

    Any idea?

    The rest of WP works just fine, same for the frontend. I haven’t made any database backups, unfortunately!

    By default WordPress will store an unlimited number of revisions for pages. These revisions are stored in the wp_posts table in the database:

    I’m thinking you should be fine – no worries about database backups – then to access the prior revisions you made unless that table was somehow impacted.

    If you felt comfortable enough, you could always use phpMyAdmin or a WordPress database plugin and examine the wp_posts table for the particular revision for the specific page you’re having problems with.
