How to return values on email notifications?

When adding a Check Box form element, for example, to a form, you can tick the “Show Values” option when editing the element and add values alongside the labels for each option.

Is there anyway to get the values to also be included in the notification email? e.g. use the {all_data} short code does not include check box values, just the labels.
