How to retrieve the name of a field

    I have created 2 field groups for posts.
    One of them is called “Place” and has two fields in it.
    The other is called “Tips” and has two other fields in it.
    I renamed the fields in the “Tips” group and now when editing posts, the “Tips” fields appear blank, but the value of those fields is still displayed in the post (“Temples and Shrines”).
    How can I get the fields in the “Tips” group back to their previous name so I can edit the values ??for those fields?
